THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO KORORA AUDIO PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Warranty:
Korora Audio warranties the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Korora Audio reserves the right to determine whether the product is “defective”. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferrable.
To activate your warranty, please save your original purchase receipt and register your product within 14 days of original purchase at https://www.kororaaudio.com/product-registration. Please fill out our online registration form completely.
To obtain warranty replacement or service, you are required to contact Korora Audio support at support@kororaaudio.com to get a Return Authorization Number before sending the pedal. This Return Authorization Number and a copy of your original purchase receipt must be included in the return package. The owner of the product is responsible for shipping charges to and from Korora Audio.
Before contacting support for a Return Authorization Number, please go through the troubleshooting steps on our support page to eliminate the most obvious reasons the pedal may not be operating as it should.
Exclusions:
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship, but does not cover loss or theft, nor damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification of the pedal, improper storage, water or lightning damage or other Acts of God. This warranty also does not apply to damage to the enclosure finish or graphics under any circumstances, or damage to knobs, switches, lights, jacks or any other hardware that occurs from accident, physical abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions
Returns:
Korora Audio will repair or replace any defective pedal within the one (1) year warranty period, provided that the customer complies with the warranty conditions, but we do not accept returns for any reason. However, all items purchased from authorized Korora Audio Dealers are subject to the Dealer’s terms and conditions for Returns and most have excellent return policies. Items purchased from authorized Korora Audio Dealers cannot and should not be returned directly to Korora Audio pedals.
Limits of Liability:
In the case of defects in manufacturing or workmanship, the purchasers sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in this warranty. Korora Audio shall not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages we are not liable for include, but are not limited to: lost profits or savings, damage to other equipment, and any damages arising from the use or inability to use our product. In no event shall Korora Audio be liable for more than the price of the pedal at the time of original purchase. Korora Audio disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, other than what is contained in this warranty statement. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.
