Troubleshooting Spira
Pedal doesn’t turn on
The LEDs should pulse when the effect is engaged. Spira requires a minimum of 180mA current at 9 volts. Use the power supply that comes with the pedal to verify that it is getting enough power.
Pedal doesn’t make sound
Confirm whether sound is present in bypass mode. If not, the problem may be elsewhere in the signal chain. Confirm that the volume control is turned up. Confirm that the input and output cables are connected to the correct jacks.
Sound is distorted
Spira can accept up to a maximum 2.4 volt peak-to-peak signal at its input. Reduce the input signal to verify that the distortion is resolved.
